The Grand Opening - 25.05.2012
On 05.25.2012, the team celebrated at Tran Restaurant after many weeks of intense work, the re-opening of the Cocola in Essen-Rüttenscheid. Guests included the local press, artisans and family and friends.

The CoCoLÁ Special
Our special highlight: the Cocola special. In this classic Vietnamese dish, specialties are combined according to taste comprising different kinds of meat and prawns with salad leaves and herbs wrapped in rice paper and topped off with assorted dips. These Vietnamese wraps can be pre-rolled as well as ordered to roll yourself. A meal with family and friends becomes an authentic Vietnamese experience.
